The "Widows of Veterans Association" asked Johnny to sing for their annual Memorial Day event at the Ft. Bragg Cemetary based on the article in the Fayetteville Observer in which his song "Your Soldier's Coming Home" was featured. Below are photos of the event, which was a compilation of partriotic song and sentiment to memorialize the fallen soldiers of the US Armed Forces. Johnny sang his version of the "23rd Psalm" and was accompanied by accomplished violinist Diana Sunsvold. She is also pictured below with SFC Proctor.
